Overview

At Findertory, we take pride in delivering design pieces crafted with intention, care, and quality. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with conditions.

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• The item must be returned to our designated return address, which will be provided upon request.
• Items must be returned at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our production and hygiene policies, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized decor items
• Gift cards
• Downloadable or digital content
• Clearance, discounted, or final sale items
• Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of sale
• Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable goods, or any item that could pose a risk during shipping.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

• Products returned with visible signs of use
• Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to Findertory’s error
• Any item returned after the 30-day window
• Damage caused during return shipping due to improper packaging

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund whether approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Double-check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company processing times may vary.
3. Then contact your bank. There is often a delay before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send an email to contact@findertory.com with photo evidence and details of the issue. You will be instructed where to send your item. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the original buyer, the refund will go to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact us at contact@findertory.com to receive the appropriate return address and instructions.You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item unless the return is due to our error. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you are returning high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Findertory is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
